- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup whole milk
- Fresh fruit, for serving
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- Powdered sugar, for serving
- Create a well with flour in a big mixing bowl, then add eggs and slowly whisk into flour. Stir in sugar and salt until mixed. Gradually add the milk and whisk together.Let the batter stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet. Drop batter uniformly onto the pan about 1/4 cup at a moment, swirling it to coat uniformly.
- Cook for 2 minutes, flip over and cook for another 1 minute ; repeat with the remaining batter. With new fruit and powdered sugar, serve hot crepes
