Air Fryer Chicken Breast
We typically like roasting chicken thighs when it comes to chicken because they stay so juicy and also get extra chicken. Chicken breasts have a terrible drying reputation, but an air fryer keeps that from happening. The fast cooking time implies that they remain sweet and tender, and the breading becomes even more crispy. Everything without a drop of oil. It’s really a miracle.
Best Air Fryer Chicken Breast
- Large egg, beaten 1
- All-purpose flour 1/4 c
- Panko bread crumbs 3/4 c
- Freshly grated Parmesan 1/3 c
- Lemon zest 2 tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts 2
1:In two separate, shallow bowls, place eggs and flour. Combine panko, parmesan, lemon zest, oregano, and cayenne into a third shallow bowl. Season with pepper and salt.
2:Working one at a time, dipping chicken into flour, then eggs, and then mixing panko, pressing to coat.
3:Place in the basket of air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 375 °. Flip chicken and cook for another 5 minutes until golden and chicken is cooked.
