  • 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg
  •  1/2 cup (104g) brown sugar
  •  1/3 cup (66 g) granulated sugar
  •  1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  •  1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups (186g) all-purpose flour
  •  1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips


  • Place melted butter in the bowl Add granulated and brown sugars and mix until the mixture is smooth. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix on medium speed until combined

  • Heat oil in a medium heat big skillet. Add onion and boil for about 5 minutes until smooth. Add garlic and boil for about 1 minute more until it is fragrant.
  • Add ground beef and boil for about 6 minutes until it is no longer purple. Drain fat and pan back. Salt and pepper season.
  • Add tomato paste and stir to coat, then pour in broth, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Season with Italian seasoning and paprika, and stir in macaroni. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender, about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the cheese. Before serving, garnish with parsley.

Gradually add dry ingredients to a combination of wet ingredients. 4.Fold and move to the prepared loaf pan in chocolate chips and walnuts. Bake for about 1 hour until a toothpick goes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn on a cooling rack to fully cool .

Chicken Biryani Recipe

5- In other words, prepare 5 layers, three layers of rice and two layers of chicken.

6 – 1 tablespoon of saffron in water until waiting for 2 minutes dilute and add to the food. Saffron gives food a pleasant smell and color.

Chicken Mandi This recipe is typical of Yemen but in turn extremely popular throughout the Middle East. If we Westerners ask for pizza to be brought home, in the Arab countries the same is done with the Mandi, not because it is fast-food, but because its orthodox realization is quite complicated.

Mandi is lamb meat but also chicken or cow cooked in special ovens called tandoor. The tandoor are clay furnaces sunk in the earth where coal and wood are burned to reach very high temperatures.

Method of Yemen Chicken Mandi:

There and just few seven easy steps for making Yemen Chicken Mandi.

1.  First we chop the chicken, wash it, place it in a bowl and marinate it for at least an hour with lemon juice, black pepper, hot pepper and salt.
